I am Rich, pleased to meet you. Over a long career in sales I have made EVERY SINGLE MISTAKE that you can imagine! Forgot the prospects name, Yep! Had cold calling anxiety? Yep! Struggled with scripts and what to say? Yep! Struggled to close a barn door? Yep! Honestly, you name it, I have messed it up (probably more than once)

Having made those mistakes, I have learned from them and honed my selling skills to the point that I am able to teach others how to avoid the pit falls that I fell into. I have successfully built high performing sales teams across several businesses, from SMEs to Enterprise level global businesses and been recognised for my ability to coach and develop SDRs and BDMs into "sales machines"
