The purpose of this session is to understand your daily tasks and the goals you need to succeed in your sales role. I will review the key performance indicators (KPIs) you're aiming for and pinpoint any challenges you face. Together, we'll identify the main area for improvement and plan a follow-up coaching session.

Building on the area identified in our immersion session, I will explore specific strategies to improve your performance. This could involve refining your scripting, using advanced sales techniques, and applying proven methods to tackle your challenges. After this session, you will be expected to apply these techniques in your daily role.

3 - The Results

We will now analyse the outcomes you have achieved to assess whether they have produced the desired effect and how they have contributed to your day-to-day role. This review will also provide an opportunity to further refine the process as necessary.

When I say I am here to help, I do mean it. I am happy to follow the 3 step process with you and not charge you a sing

Coaching should be a continuous thing, so if you would like to continue on with the sessions, we can agree a nominal fee and build a bespoke package for you.


Nope, that has nothing to do with me. If you chose to advise them you are working with an external coach, then in most instances, your employer will see it as a positive, as it shows you are trying to better yourself. If you would like to introduce me to your employer, I am even happy to work with them, to ensure the things we cover are the key areas that they would like to see you improve in.


I am based just north of Newcastle, so I am happy to meet people locally, if not, it will be done via video conference


With the way I work, it is a try before you buy. I am willing to put the effort in to show you what I can bring to the table. Not only have I coached well over 1000 sales people, I bring a unique blend of practical experience that I know will be a massive benefit to any sales professional


SDRs and BDMs have been my core audience, but I have also existing client sales teams (Account Managers) as well as coaching Sales Leaders, Sales Trainers and even CEOs over the years


In short, yes! Training generally focusses on learning brand new skills (like learning about new products) Sales Coaching takes that knowledge and makes it "make sense" and teaches you how to apply it to your role. Fortunately, I am an experienced sales trainer as well, so you are in very safe hands.
